At Yanlsle, we take great pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our custom creative products, and we want you to be completely satisfied with your order.
If, however, you are not 100% happy with your goods, you must contact us within 30 days of receiving your order and provide a clear description of the issue.
How to Request a Return
Before returning any item, you must contact our customer support team first.
Please do NOT return any products unless you have received written instructions from a member of the Yanlsle team. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted or refunded.
Once you contact us, we will review your request and provide further instructions on the next steps.

Our Resolution Options
Where a product is confirmed to be defective or incorrect, we will, at our discretion:
- Repair the defective product; or
- Replace the defective product; or
- Issue a full refund for the defective product
Items Eligible for Replacement or Refund
We will happily replace or refund products that are:
- Damaged during transit
- Incorrect items or parts compared to your order confirmation
- Incorrect material, size, or specifications different from what was approved or ordered
Photo or video evidence may be required to support your claim.
Custom & Personalized Orders (Important)
As all Yanlsle products are custom-made to order, we are unable to offer refunds or replacements where the issue arises from:
- Your submitted design, artwork, or files
- The materials, finishes, or specifications you specifically requested
- Personal dissatisfaction with the final appearance where the product matches the approved design and specifications
Please review all artwork proofs, materials, and order details carefully before approving production.
Return Timeframe
- You must notify us of any issue within 30 days of delivery
- Claims submitted after this period may not be accepted
