At Yanlsle, we take great pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our custom creative products, and we want you to be completely satisfied with your order.

If, however, you are not 100% happy with your goods, you must contact us within 30 days of receiving your order and provide a clear description of the issue.

How to Request a Return

Before returning any item, you must contact our customer support team first.

Please do NOT return any products unless you have received written instructions from a member of the Yanlsle team. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted or refunded.

Our Resolution Options

Where a product is confirmed to be defective or incorrect, we will, at our discretion:

• Repair the defective product; or
• Replace the defective product; or
• Issue a full refund for the defective product

Items Eligible for Replacement or Refund

We will happily replace or refund products that are:

• Damaged during transit
• Incorrect items or parts compared to your order confirmation
• Incorrect material, size, or specifications different from what was approved or ordered

Photo or video evidence may be required to support your claim.

Custom & Personalized Orders (Important)

As all Yanlsle products are custom-made to order, we are unable to offer refunds or replacements where the issue arises from:

• Your submitted design, artwork, or files
• The materials, finishes, or specifications you specifically requested
• Personal dissatisfaction with the final appearance where the product matches the approved design and specifications

Please review all artwork proofs, materials, and order details carefully before approving production.
