Before returning any item, you must contact our customer support team first.

Please do NOT return any products unless you have received written instructions from a member of the ForgeCrafts team. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted or refunded.

Our Resolution Options

Where a product is confirmed to be defective or incorrect, we will, at our discretion:

• Repair the defective product; or
• Replace the defective product; or
• Issue a full refund for the defective product

• Damaged during transit
• Incorrect items or parts compared to your order confirmation
• Incorrect material, size, or specifications different from what was approved or ordered

As all ForgeCrafts products are custom-made to order, we are unable to offer refunds or replacements where the issue arises from:

• Your submitted design, artwork, or files
• The materials, finishes, or specifications you specifically requested
• Personal dissatisfaction with the final appearance where the product matches the approved design and specifications

Please review all artwork proofs, materials, and order details carefully before approving production.
